Abstract:

        TF-1 cells, a human erythroleukemia cell line, differentiated into erythroid cells under the stimulation of erythropoietin (EPO) in vitro [1]. After differentiation, there are numbers of markers changed in proteins and mRNAs. These changes help investigating the mechanism of erythropoiesis. One of the markers was caspase-3. As an important death enzyme, it is interesting that caspases-3 was activated during erythroid differentiation [2]. In TF-1 cells, caspase-3 was activated between day 6 to 12 after EPO treatments with a concomitant cleavage of caspase-3 substrates such as PARP (poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase) and ICAD (inhibitor of CAD). Although ICAD was cleaved by caspase-3 and released from CAD (Caspase-activated DNase), amount of CAD was low in both mRNA and protein level. This downregulation of CAD could protect TF-1 cells avoiding from DNA fragmentation.......(略)...... The role of Bcl-X_L in erythroid differentiation was proved by knocking down Bcl-X_L by Bcl-X_L siRNA [5]. My project is to use TF-1 cells to examine the erythroid differentiation pathway.

給老闆改這麼多次,都只是想交一份好一點的Abstract.....自問自已在英文方面普普通通,Grammar是最差的,還是需要一個人幫我看一下! 好在老闆的英文很好,而且是一個很有耐性,很細心的人,改多數次他也很樂意(某人的report送給老闆改了7次,老闆還是那麼樂意),改的速度也很快......(就是因為這樣,人家怕了他出的題目,因為題目很長,人家要看很久,只有他覺得可以很快看完) 真的要謝謝Dr. Kong!!

P.S. 某星期天下午send給老闆,誰知老闆晚上12多點給我改好send回給我 =0= 服!!
